Flexible, Straight Forward Agreements
Most sellers engage us on a commission basis, that is a fixed percentage of total gross auction sales. Other options available include a financial guarantee where you receive a guaranteed minimum amount with participation in the proceeds over the guaranteed amount, or on outright purchase for cash. You can be certain that whichever option you choose the agreement will be straight forward, clear and businesslike. No fine print clauses, no surprises. It is our promise to you.
