Buyer agrees to and accepts the following: It is recommended that Buyers and Sellers read the full description of the Hodgins On-Line Auctions Terms and Conditions. At no time shall these short form points replace or modify, in any way, Hodgins On-Line Auctions complete Terms & Conditions. 1. to acknowledge and accept that all bids in our online auction are binding and cannot be retracted. 2. to provide full payment for all winning bids in the total amount of the auction closing price, Sales Tax (where applicable) and the Transaction Fee within three (3) business days after the auction closes. 3. to pay the Transaction Fee as stated under Buyer Fees for each piece of purchased equipment. 4. to have the equipment removed from the Seller's premises no later than eight (8) business days after the auction closes. Should the equipment not be removed from the seller’s premises after thirty (30) days, the equipment will be considered to have been abandoned by you, and potentially re-sold at a later date. 5. to be responsible for all loading, transportation and freight costs for movement of equipment from seller’s location. 6. prior to physical delivery of the equipment, deemed receipt of the equipment can occur. 7. for a dispute between the buyer and the seller to be considered, it must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery of the equipment and prior to deemed receipt occurring (read more on deemed receipt). 8. if Buyer defaults they must remit a Default Penalty to Hodgins OnLine Auctions. 9. to be liable for all Sales and Use Tax and /or provide a Certificate of Exemption where applicable. |
