TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR INTERNET AUCTION ONLY
All Items Are Sold "As Is", "Where
Is" with No Warranty Expressed or Implied; Although a
3-Day Reject Policy Will Be in Effect. (This Means that You
the Buyer Have 3-Days after You have been informed you are
the purchaser to Inspect it and Agree That it is What We Said
it Was, and What The Seller Said it Was.
Merchandise Listed Will have the Location that the Merchandise
Can Be Viewed.
All Items Purchased must Be Paid for Prior to Taking Possession
- Payments May Be Made by Cash, Cheque or Wire Transfer Directly
to Our Bank. All Applicable Sales, Use, Transfer and Excise
Taxes Arising from the Sale Will Be Charged to the Buyer and
Will Be Added to the Purchase Price in Accordance with Provincial
and Federal Law. Buyers will have 5 Days from receipt of Statement
to Pay for items. Items may be picked up at the Business Location
with a Paid Invoice Only. Paid Invoices can be Faxed, E-Mailed
or Snail Mailed. Any Items shipped would be at the Buyers
Expense.
Auctioneers Assume No Responsibility for Any Liability Once
the Bid Is Accepted.
Hodgins Auctioneers Has Attempted to Get as Much Information
on the Items as Possible and Believes it to Be Accurate. We
Are Instituting a 3-Day Reject Policy as Described Above.
Buyers Should Also, Where Possible, Inspect the Merchandise
They Plan on Purchasing.
If for Any Reason Whatsoever the Auctioneers
Fail to Deliver an Awarded Lot, the Auctioneers Sole Liability
Shall Be the Return of Any Deposit or Monies Paid on Such
Non-delivered Lot and Purchases Shall Have No Further Claim.
Once the Auctioneer Identifies an Item Is Sold to a Bidder,
a Verbal Contract Is Assumed and Liability for the Item Including
Responsibility for Payment Rests with the Bidder.
