Seller agrees to and accepts the following:

It is recommended that Buyers and Sellers read the full description of the Hodgins Online Auctions Terms and Conditions or Hodgins Online Consignment Agreement. At no time shall these short form points replace or modify, in any way, Hodgins Online Auctions complete Terms & Conditions or Consignment Agreement.

1. to be responsible and maintain the equipment in the same condition or better (as documented in the inspections report or on-line listing) until such time that it is removed from Seller's location.

2. to sell equipment consigned to a Showcase Auction to the highest auction bidder; to sell equipment consigned to an Signature Auction to the highest auction bidder who meets or exceeds the Seller's Reserve Price; to sell equipment consigned to an Immediate Purchase Listing to the bidder who meets the reserve price.

3. to permit access to equipment which has been designated for inspection and to provide a qualified, knowledgeable operator for the equipment.

4. Seller shall not, directly or indirectly, bid or otherwise attempt to influence the bid prices on items placed with Hodgins Online Auctions.

5. to ensure all equipment is free from all liens and encumbrances of any nature whatsoever; provide all necessary information and/or documentation to ensure clear registration for Buyer.

6. to pay all commissions and fees based on Hodgins Online Auctions fee schedules.

7. to ensure equipment is available for transportation to Buyer prior to (Seller) payment and not later than one (1) business day after the auction.

8. to accept final payment (the auction closing price), less commissions & fees, within two (2) business days after deemed receipt of equipment by Buyer.

9. to provide all registration transfer documentation.
