Hodgins Auctioneers will conduct auctions on-site anywhere
in North America. If you prefer, you can bring your
equipment to our modern office and auction facility,
where our staff will handle all the pre- and post-sale
details.
Set-up
Supervisor
When you’re ready to start setting up your auction,
one of our qualified set-up supervisors will visit to
answer all your questions and concerns. With his advice,
you will be able to line up your equipment and display
all your items for the best selling advantage.
The
Auction Team
A team of experienced auctioneers – generally
2-3 auctioneers for each auction, depending on size
– handles your auction. They work closely with
our fully trained clerks and cashiers to ensure your
auction is conducted in the most professional manner.

staff will register bidders and collect sales proceeds.
Personal bidder ID cards help make the entire registration
process go quickly and efficiently.

Hodgins
Auctioneers pioneered wireless clerking in Canada. The
clerk enters the bid information, and it is sent directly
to the cashier’s trailer via wireless modem. Successful
bidders can pay for the item immediately – with
no waiting for tickets to be delivered to the cashier’s
office from the auctioneer.
Audio
& Video Records
Audio and video recordings of the auction give you extra
protection against mistakes or fraud.
Proxy/Cellular
Bidding
We offer an absentee/proxy bid service for buyers who
are unable to attend the auction in person. What’s
more, every auction site is equipped with multiple cellular
phones, so buyers can phone in their bids (in locations
where cellular service is available).
Signage
On sale day, we post large, bright signs at various
strategic locations to ensure buyers can easily locate
your auction site. Colourful banners, flags and parking
signs are set up to direct buyers to parking and sales
areas.
On-site
Transportation
We provide a quad & trailer to transport buyers
and their purchases from the auction ring, to their
vehicles and back to the auction site.

Seating
One of our newest and most popular features: portable
seating. Sturdy aluminum bleachers set up at the auction
